UNSRAT Guest WiFi Guide & Rules

Information about Guest Internet accounts for official non-academic guests of UNSRAT.
Guest accounts are not activated automatically.
Every request is validated by an operator and approved by the network Admin/Technician before an account is created. Username and password are provided only after the request is approved and the account is successfully created.
Who It Is For
Official UNSRAT guests

Guest accounts are intended for individual guests, speakers, partners, or external parties with official activities within UNSRAT.

Validity Period
Limited and audited

Access duration is determined through validation. After it expires, the account will be disabled or removed automatically according to system policy.

Device
Follows the Guest profile

For individual public requests, the account is prepared for 1 user/device according to the Guest WiFi profile settings.

Request Flow
  1. The requester fills out the Guest request form from an allowed network/location or through a unit operator.
  2. The operator validates the requester data, location, purpose, start date, and access duration.
  3. The network Admin/Technician performs final approval.
  4. The Guest account is created after the request is approved.
  5. Account information is provided through staff or WhatsApp according to the applicable policy.
  6. The account automatically expires according to its validity period.

Usage Rules
  • The account may only be used for official purposes while within UNSRAT.
  • The account must not be transferred or shared with other parties.
  • Users must keep the username and password confidential.
  • Users must comply with network security rules and applicable regulations.
  • Usage activity may be recorded for security and audit purposes.
Prohibited Use
  • Using the account for illegal activity, network abuse, or legal violations.
  • Performing scanning, hacking, brute force attempts, malware distribution, or activities that disrupt services.
  • Accessing internal UNSRAT systems without authorization.
  • Using the account outside the approved purpose.
  • Sharing the account with other users.
